| The 2010 rally is scheduled for Aug 20-22 in Wilmington Delaware.
Participation is by application and invitation only. Invitations are based on the applicant’s ability to provide sufficient information to a nine member ”Application Review Committee for them to be reasonably assured that the applicant sings in tune and will be able, in 16 weeks, to memorize and perform the words, notes and interpretation of 12 musically and vocally demanding songs from fully interpreted CDs and sheet music provided. The applicant must agree to be a positive contributor to the event and to be able to support himself and three other equally well prepared quartet partners in an adjudicated competition or gracefully bow out with some qualified forfeitures.
Members and last year's (2009) returning participants will be given the courtesy of "priority application review" status, up until Jan 30th. The First time guests who are nominated and sponsored by an AHB *Member will be given the courtesy of an early application review in the first half of February. Unsponsored, first time applicants, will have to obtain "board assigned sponsorship" if approved their applications will be reviewed in the second half of Feb. The deadline for all applications otherwise is March 1st. * A list of AHB members can be found on our web site under: "About Us". The demands of Sponsorship put a level of responsibility on the sponsor that he may not be willing or able to provide. Unless you have a close working relationship with the AHB members do not be offended if he is unable to sponsor you. If he can't and you send us your application without a Sponsor's signature, " the AHB Membership Chairman will try to find a sponsor for you. |

Nomination for Membership in the Atlantic Harmony Brigade is available
to BHS members after attending and securing AHB “Stage Passes”
for two consecutive annual rallies. Qualification for membership requires
demonstrating proficiency to a Membership Review Team and demonstrated
subscription to the AHB Esprit De Corps requiring each Member and participant
to “be a guy everyone was glad they sang with”. |
