IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER

Less than 3 weeks to go to the Best Brigade Rally Ever!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER:

YOU ARE EXPECTED!  You are one of the 133 exceptional attendees we are eagerly expecting and counting on.  The voice parts are incredibly well balanced.  Your room and board has already been paid on your behalf by the Brigade.  If something comes up so you cannot participate at this late date, call me ASAP!

TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THE SHOW!  With the AHB and Pride of Baltimore Choruses and a host of special feature quartets, this is a show for everyone!  Please help generate a buzz through Facebook, Twitter, other personal contacts.  Make announcements at your chapter meetings, email your friends!  In the past the show has drawn people from everywhere between New York, Philadelphia, Wilmington, Baltimore, and Washington DC!  This is an exceptional event – and one that will bring joy to everyone! J
Send your friends the AHB Facebook link:  http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/group.php?gid=31509363244&ref=ts
Then tell them they can buy tickets at:  http://www.atlanticharmonybrigade.com/

REGISTRATION –  4-6PM on August 21.  Then dinner and straight on to the CONTEST!  If you may be late -  CALL ME! (Tom Anderson M 215-776-1222)

EARLY SING-OUT 12 NOON, AUG 21 – Come early and participate in quartet sing outs to publicize the show!  If you plan to participate in the sing out program, contact Larry Klein (Leklein@comcast.net ), so he can get you on the list!

BALANCE OF YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE ON AUG 22 – EVEN IF YOU CANNOT COME.  Cash or check (no credit cards). $140.00 in most cases.  This is true even if you drop out.

UNIFORMS – Everyone is expected to qualify, so everyone will be in the show!  Therefore, everyone needs a show uniform: White shirt – long sleeves. Bright, cheerful, solid color necktie. Everything else – black (shoes, socks, pants).  All other times dress casual and comfortably.

ATTEND LAST RUN THROUGHS – The problem with “self-study” is that we aren’t always aware of what we are not “getting”.  RTs are the key to finding your Achilles heel.  It’s the only way to be sure you are singing 100%!  And we need everyone to sing 100%!

PHOTOGRAPHERS NEEDED – Let me know!  We need about 5 guys to each shoot about 4 specific photos of winners, judges, volunteers, etc.  Contact me: anderbanjo@yahoo.com

BRING A RECORDING DEVICE – If this is your second consecutive year and wish to become a full member of the AHB, you need to make a recording.

FINALLY – HAVE FUN!!

I’ll see you in Wilmington,
Tom Anderson, President
Atlantic Harmony Brigade
